I had a Tata Indigo Car no - "UP 80- AJ - 1786" registered on the name of Ms. Farhat Bano. the policy number of my car was 150100/31/10/6100042183, which was done by Mr. Anil Yadav (9818550798) associated with Carnation Auto India Pvt. Ltd (Gurgaon). I met with an accident one year before (Approx) and then I get my car repaired by DELTA MOTORS (Authorized TATA Workshop, Gurgaon). Mr. Mayank (9711211531) from Delta Motors called on the customer care number mentioned on the policy, and a surveyor named Rajesh came to Delta motors and take the pictures of my Car.
After the complete repairing process Mayank (Delta Motors) deposited the file to Rajesh (National Insurance Surveyor) and after that I have not received my money back till date. I had a word with Rajesh (Surveyor) along with Mayank few days before and the surveyor shared that he is a free lance employee and he do not remember the office, where he has deposited the claim file. However, he shared that if National Insurance writes him a letter than he can give them a report. I do not know where my file is and what is the process going on????
I tried very hard to contact the right person and solve this issue. However, was not successful around Rs 50,000 of my mooney is blocked with National insurance.
I request you to please help me to solve this issue and get my money back. As it's a serious problem now.
