    Angry NetAmbit & ICICI Prudential

    Sir,

    Kindly get my policy Nos 14301400, 14064190 and 13978157 cancelled because of the wrong information provided and wrong assurance provided to me on phone by an employee of ICICI who introduced herself before me as Nisha Gupta (ph - 9278190845)telephonically from Delhi ICICI (never told that she is from NetAmbit - I realised when I got mails from NetAmbit) .

    I have submitted a written complaint to ICICI on 14/10/2010 in the same regard.

    In view of the above facts I am not in a position to pay the premium for policies as such it is requested to kindly get the above mentioned policies cancelled Thanking you sir.

    Hi:

    Somebody did approach me from ICICI but I haven't got resolution to my issue. And another 20,000 has been debited from my account for policy number 13978157. I am aged 59 and cannot take this much mental stress. Please help ASAP.

    Default Useless Online Payment facility for ICICI Pru Life

    Hi,

    Today morning I tried paying one of my policy premiums online..The first time I tried it returned an error saying that "there could be volume increase on the site and hence the transaction could not take place, the transaction will be reversed'

    So i thought i'd try it again...the same thing happened.

    In the morning when I saw my phone, there were 2 smses saying that 40000 was debited from my account twice!!!!!! I mean how useless can your system be??? I would like my money back as soon as possible..
