I have applied for agency code to aforesaid company for general insurance in individual capacity. They have alloted me URN No. NIAI 2502110009. Accordingly I have obtained necessary online training. I have applied for appearing in the examination to NSEIT LTD. However, I did not appear the exam scheduled to be held on 18/04/11. Now I am not interested to be an agent for above referred company. I, therefore, request to release my PAN Number blocked with above referred URN Number. My PAN No. is ACCPA7890G. Please do needful in the matter immediately.
