Here is details of correspondences between me and New India Insurance. I have still not received my balance claim in-spite of the fact that the email was sent to one of the Senior person in New India Insurance.
Please help me in getting my claim from them.

With reference to the aforesaid subject, please be informed that I have received a cheque bearing no.537381 dated 29/07/2011 drawn on Corporation Bank for Rs.3,065/- which is part payment against my Claim of Rs.4,399/-
However, it is to be noted that I have spent Rs.4,399/- Vide Invoice No.OmSaiA-KA-1112-03361 dated 25/06/2011.
In this context, you are requested to release the balance amount of Rs.1,334/- by an Account Payee Cheque drawn in favour of DEVENDRA BASANTLAL JAIN.

Dear Sir,

Please be informed that my Vehicle having Registration No.MH-02/BG-8951 is Insured with The New India Assurance Company Ltd under Policy No.11180031100100003195. The name of the Agent is Mr. Indravadan Shah.

However, my said vehicle met an accident on 22/06/2011 and rear glass was broken. All documents (as asked by Mr.. Indravadan Shah such as RC, Driving Licence, Claim Form & Quotation) were submitted on 23/06/2011 and Survey was conducted on 23/06/2011.

My Vehicle got repaired from Om Sai Motors (P) Ltd under Bill no.OmSaiA-KA-1112-03361 dated 25/06/2011 amounted to Rs.4,399/-. Original Bill and Money Receipt was also submitted to the concerned Authority.

However, it is more that a month, I have been following-up with Mr. Indravadan Shah for my cheque but there is no response from him. I have understood that I have done a mistake by Insuring my Vehicle with The New India Assurance Company Ltd.

In this context, you are requested to help me in getting my Claim amount immediately without any further delay. Also, you are requested to take suitable action against Mr. Indravadan Shah for his negligent and casual attitude towards customers.
