Dear Sir,
I want to inform that i have my home insurance policy fron New India Insurance covering fire and special peril..But recently my home was damage in one of the near by building collapse major incident(uttam nagar property on 3 Dec 2011),,photos also available on google.. I ,have claimed my home insurance in New India Insurance but it was rejected,,,
Kindly suggest me that under the mentioned situation the special peril condition will cover my home insurance or not.
