Default Non Admission of Bills under Insurence Cover
Sir,
I am R.Nandakumar working as Deputy Director in the Department of Economics&Statistics,which is coming under the Ministry of Planning and Development,Government of Tamilnadu and my STAR Health&Allied Insurance ID CARD NO is CBE/01/SM301/1049.

With this backround, I myself admitted me in the Parvathy Hospital,No.241,GST Road, Chrompet,Chennai-44 on 21-08-2010 with pain in right knee due to two wheeler accident on the road divider at Royapetti High Road around 8.00 pm on the same day.
I was operated on 23.08.2010 with the assurance of providing compensation through STAR Health&Allied Insurance.As against the assurance I was denied any compensation and forced to settle entire expenses at the time of discharge.Finally,I have settled the amount with my friends and relatives support.

Hence, I request you to consider my grivences and payback the hospital expences met by me.
