Sir, I have deposited two Cheques or Rs.15198/- and Rs1723/- with SBI, Chidambaram Branch (608 001) on 30/06/2010 and the same was processed by SBI/Chidambaram vide their Nos.SC52218721 and SC52218753. The said cheques are still lying on the table of Corporation Bank, Trichirapalli 620 001 for reasons not known. In the days of computer and internet, the Corporation Bank takes more than a month to clear the cheques. So far the cheques have not been encahsed by me. I have decided to get information through RTI Act and compensation of Rs.5000/- per day of delay since 1st July 2010 from the Corporation Bank, Trichirapalli.
