I, Shri, Ravindra R. Velapure started working with the SMC INDIA ONLINE, sakinaka office, mumbai-72 as ADVISOR. And accordingly, I have given them business (1) LIC'sJeevan Saral Policy .. premium of Rs.2000/P.M. = 1 No. (2) LIC's Market Plus Plan policies : 4 Nos. with single premium of ( Rs.50000/- x 1 No. , Rs.49000 x 3 ). In spite of repeated requests, repeated contacts with the Sakinaka office, my commission amount is not paid to me.since November 2009 to date. I repeatedly contacted the office bearers, then in April'10 it was replied that the commission amount will not be paid to me without any reason.
I request your honour to please give me justice and order the SMC INDIA ONLINE, sakinaka office,mumbai-72 to pay me the commission amount with the interest @ 2% per month till it receives me physically in cash.
