Sub : Policy No.002300071280 Cochin

I have taken a policy of ERGO General national Insurance company from Cochin for my vehicle, Zen Estilo. dtd.02.06.2010 But I am afraid to inform you that till date I have not received the original policy.

Inspite of my several reminders nothing has happend. They have not even care about the policy docs to despatch in time. Now the cover note validity is expired on 30.06.2010.

As on today no receipt has been made with regard to the policy.

Kindly do the needful
