1178811I had purchased a travel insurance for my wife Mrs.SUNITA MURALIDHARAN starting from 2-05-2010to 25th sep 2010 from reliance general insurance on 27-04-2010 and because of non receipt of the same till 1st may morning and while taking up the insurance they told me that i will get the soft copy to my email id on 28th morning as pyment was being done debiting the credit card.

Ima regularly chasing them about the and they toldf me computer is not working ,under process,and all .Finally i called up On st may i enquired about status of my policy they said the same it under process therefore due to non receipt of the policy i cancelled the policy by calling up the executive He assured THE REFUND WILL BE DONE WITHIN 48 HOURS NOW IT HAS MORE THAN A MONTH PASSED OUT.NETHER THEY R GIVING ME call ANY REPLYING TO MY MAILS, ALL THEY R TELLING IS REQUEST IS UNDER PROCESS YOU WILL GET MONEY BACK SOON.

KINDLY HELP ME OUT TO GET THE MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.
