This is to inform you that I have a Bajaj Allianze Money Back Insurance Policy. The schedule time of the money back was December,2009 . As per my agent as well as my Development Officer's requirment I deliver all supporting documents. I also visited the regional office at Mecheda, East Midnapur, West Bengal on 15.07.2010 and they assured me of geting money back very soon but still date I have not received my money back.

Therefore I request to the concern authorities to look into the matter and take proper action or advice me what to do to get back the money at an earliest.
