I have this policy through my Employers.
I got fits 3 weeks back,my doctor suggested me to have a brian MRI. I did it and then doctors found that i have some Brain infection in Right Hemisphere and said that i might need brain surgery for biopy as i have past of tuberclosis twice and suggested me to get hospitalized.I was shocked,mentally and emotionally shattered and i got hospitalized. They kept me under observation for 4 days.
Nobody in my family was ready for brain surgery at that time as its a very risky procedure to conduct,then doctors decided to postpone the surgery and giving me hit and trail medication as they are not sure what infection i have in my brain and discharged me and asked me to come back after a month with an Brain MRI.

those insurance people bluntly denied my mediclaim by saying that if i would have had my surgery done then they would have considered my mediclaim.they wanted me to get paralized to get my mediclaim. anyone will think 100 time before undergoing a brain surgery.they cheated me. if they cant help us when we need them then why they do insurance.I am already emotionally,physically and mentally so much disturbed.now, financially broken too. i am not even sure what is my future.these people hurted me a lot.

i want justice and my mediclaim of Rs. 55000 which i paid to hospital.
my insurance policy suppose to cover 3 lacs per annum.
