This is to inform you that I have registered a claim No 620394237 & left my i10 Car for repair on 1st of November 2011 @ RISHABH Motors Pvt Ltd Okhla Phase 1 New Delhi.
This is very unfortunate that till now repair work could not be started because there is no go ahead for cashless reimbursement from the insurance company (Tata AIG ) to the workshop, my claim is still pending due to some approval process issue.
I have been following up with the Surveyor Mr Anil Bansal (9811171831). As per him he is waiting for some internal approval for the same. More than 10days has gone & repair work has not been started yet. I am facing lot of hardship in commuting without my car.Every day I have to spend good amount in traveling. I was not expecting this type of services by TATA AIG. This is really very frustrating & unpleasant experience with TATA AIG.
I am highly unsatisfied with your services & make sure that all my acquaintance should not take any policy from TATA AIG.
