This is with reference to your complaint letter posted at consumer court forum website on 05.07.2010 on the captioned subject.

We are in receipt of your complaint letter regarding the non receipt of the dividends declared after 2007 in the captioned schemes. In this connection we wish to inform you that the Master Growth Unit Scheme is renamed as Top 100 Fund and the new folio number created after the scheme has been migrated to Karvy as registrars is 50933577392. A dividend has been declared for the record date 14.07.2009 after 2007 and the dividend for Rs.400/- was issued vide warrant bearing number 433892131 and MICR number 283827 dated 21.07.2009 and dispatched to you. Due to non encashment of the same, the warrant was unclaimed as per our records. We have received the letter of undertaking to issue the duplicate warrant against the same. We are in the process of issuing the fresh warrant against the same. Kindly bear with us till such time.

Regarding the investment made in MEPUS with investor Id 250340826, the new folio number alloted after migration of the scheme to Karvy as registrars is 50928020653. Two dividends have been declared by UTI AMC after 2007 under MEPUS scheme for the record dates 06.04.2009 & 03.03.2010.

The dividend declared for the record date 06.04.2009 has been issued through warrant bearing number 1501742470 and MICR number 81616 dated 13.04.2009 for Rs.606.75/- and the same was paid on 29.04.2009 as per the records. Hence we request you to reconcile the same in your records with the information provided and please confirm the receipt of the same.
The dividend declared for the record date 03.03.2010 has been issued through warrant bearing number 1502196755 and MICR number 77980 dated 10.03.2010 for Rs.606.75/- and sent to you. As per the records the warrant has not been returned undelivered to us till date. Since you are claiming the same has not been received by you, we request you to provide us with the letter of undertaking (LOU) as per the format attached and send back to us. On receipt of the same, we shall verify the paid/unpaid status and issue the duplicate warrant if the warrant found unpaid or inform you accordingly.

Regarding the investment made in the name of your child Ms. Rajshree Panda in the year 1994 in CGGF scheme, we wish to inform you that CGGF scheme is now renamed as Childrens Career Balanced Plan (CCP) and requesting you to provide the membership number/old certificate number or the Investor ID to further locate the investment details since we could not trace any folio number in the name of Rajshree Panda in CCP scheme.

I am yet to get the dividends/payments on my master growth1993 from 2007-08 years and mep-95(MEPUS)On this ,I have not got the payments for year 2007-08 and payments are long pending with UTI on my CGGF DEPOSITS . REFER Ref. No. 1427950 registered with you on my complaint for

This is with reference to your letter no. 108/GEN/UTI/359570 dt.27.10.2010 relating to A/C no. 51117320141 which was inreply to my father shri.RAVI IYENGARS letter addressed to you on 20.10.2010. You have not clarified as to why the redemption amount is not payavle to my father. Instead you pointed out again the following reasons for non-redemption for my further complaints:-
1. Minor became major:- the date of birth given in UTI childrens career plan ( balanced fund ) was 30.05.1992. naturally on 30.05.2010 i became major as i attained 18 years on that date. when a child is born on a particular date becomes major automatically when the child attains 18 years from the date of birth. What further proof is required for a minor became major is not understandable? Please clarify on this point at once.
2. Required copy of self attested photo( like PAN card, voter identity, driving licence, passports). In this connection i would like to draw your attention to my letter dt. 8.10.2010 wherein i have clarified that as my income is much below taxable limit under the income tax act. I have not obtained PAN card. As regards my identity proof i have already enclosed photocopy of my identity card issued by my college as well as i enclosed photocopy of my driving licence. Even after furnishing the aforesaid proofs i have agained ben asked to furnish identity proof.. This goes to show that my letter dt 8.10.2010 has not been properly gone through at your end. This point may please be clarified at once.
Return reply is solicited through e-mail i.e. priya30iyengar@gmail.com for further complaints by me. The redemption payment is being delayed by way of unnecessary correspondence for one reason or the other, which i hope would sto now and i will be paid the redemption amount at once.
