I sent this mail to Mr. R RELAN M.D.metlife too as he is replied that he would be away from office from 23rd Dec '10 to 2nd Jan '11 and will join back office on 3rd Jan '11. In case of any urgent requirement during his absence, please contact Guneet Nirula at gnirula@metlife.com.so I have sended this mail to him also for action.

Sir,
we have taken one Investment(Mutual fund)plus Insurance(free)Policy from MetLife ,but due to non licensee of Mutual funds they says it now Insurance plus Ulip investment.

OK, we accepted and demanded the policy papers with Terms conditions which they have to supply in July 2007 at the time of policy issued,but they have not supplied till 28th Sept.2010.

After correspondence from June 2010, MetLife Indore (India) office (operation department) supplied FIRST TIME the policy papers with policy document kit on dt/29-09-2010.

After reading Terms Condition, I have canceled as per surrender clause within 15 days free look period. [Received on 29/09/2010 & surrendered on 30/09/2010]. (Just next day only)

When I cancelled the policy it was told that in maximum 15 days we will get our fund back which was Rs. 50873/- on dt/30th set2010, but the funds are not yet sent to me & they are harassing me, so please write them to refund me the total amount.

I have canceled / surrender the policy as per surrender clause within 15 days free look period. [Received on 29/09/2010 & surrendered on 30/09/2010 next day only/Just in one day only].

I return with a letter for cancellation of policy and surrendered my policy documents too in INDORE office and they accepted it ,but policy is not yet surrendered.

INDORE office says that the final authority Mr. Gourav sharma has yet to sanction it, when to sanction, no answer?


Please do the need full as you are the head and competent authority to take serious action against them.Because I am having no hopes from them as they harassed me by passing time giving wrong information etc.I feel that at last I should contact and inform you too before I go for any action.
