Dear Sir ,


This refer to my mediclaim policy 1902792825001470 Plan gold with Reliance General Insurance & renewal notice dated 1/04/10 ( enclosed here with scan copy) I am shocked to see that my premium has been increased to Rs.13180 from Last year Rs 2668 which is almost 5 times the last year premium .Company also claim it is approved by Regulator in their notice.



Moreover I have been with company for last continuous three years & not even a single claim has been made.



In a country where inflation is in single digit there is no reason to increase the premium by Five Fold in single year .



When I am approaching Reliance General Insurance they are also not ready to listen & asking to pay the premium as per the revised 5 Times rate.





Please treat this as official complaint & help in getting the right premium charges.



Moreover it is high time to amend the bill by changing policy which allow consumer to renew their policy with any other company without losing no claim bonus & other benefit as being implemented in other General Insurance policy .



Pl also advises what should I do as consumer for the revised premium charges?
