respected sir,

i had a Max New York life Insurance Policy (628515884 name of Rajkumar) on 22th Feb. 2010 but I have not received the policy bond to till date. I complained several time to Max New Yord Life Agent, costomer Care by Email and Hand written application at Max New York life Insurance office branch Mathura. But I did not got any positive response at last I request to cencil the policy on 25th Mar. 2010. Then Max New York life agent told that policy documents already received at my address on 1st Mar. 2010 receiver Name RASH KUMAR. This name is un known to me and my family. I did not understand how they delivered policy documents at my address and denied (request for cencellation for policy) to cencel the policy as per Max New York Life my 15 days free look period is over. I did not understand how the free look period is over as till date. I had not received policy bond till date. please help me
