I went to LIC OFFICE,BRANCH -3 KOTA,RAJ. on 24-10-2009 to pay the loan along with intrest.as a react amount couldn't be given to us(due to electricity failure),we gave a blank checque with endorsencent on back for "full payment of loan on policy no. 181238092 and 181238218 to their agent Mr. C.M. Singh Hada.he gave the cheque to cashier and ensured us to bring the receipt on monday 26-oct. 2009.we get the receipt 1 weak later and we were than surpriced to see the receipts for payment of intrest only and not including the total loan.
therefore we have to pay additional intrest of Rs./719 + 240(total Rs./ 959).
we than compalined them0 on 24-11-2009,recepit no. 24 to refund for our additional intrest.they once accept to refund but later no responce has been given.after that meeting 2-3 times too they have given no responce and said to complain in customer court.
sir i have arranged money to pay loan from my brother who live in USA.since they have not taken money on time so to get another cheque we delayed for 1 month. we paid on 21-11-2009 which should be paid on 24-10-2009.so due to this i have to pay more intrest.if they would have taken loan amount on 24-10-2009 than i won't have to pay the additional intrest.
so i request you to please look to this matter and help me in getting my refund money.
