Dear sir,

I am Kushal Suhalka, owner of a car (FORD FIGO) with registration no. – RJ27 CB 9052 insured from Royal Sundaram Alliance insurance company limited finical year2011-12

Recently my car(FORD FIGO) got damaged in an accident in UDAIPUR (RAJASTHAN).

I send my car to the ford workshop in Udaipur

I made a claim for the same and was assured by Royal Sundaram Alliance insurance company limited they get my claim within 3 days with cashless facility after the survey. But after some days I came to know that my claim has been rejected on the ground that the insurance company is not get two damage on one time.

Then the Surveyor Mr. Kedar told me "sir abhe aap ek claim le lo then 2-3 days baad aap wapas car claim par de dena tab hum aapka dusra claim be pass kar dange and aapko 2 time cashless ki facility milage"

After 4-5 days when i made a claim some denting- painting then mr. kedar told me "me kuch ne janta aap mere boss se baat karo n boss se bat kare to hum aapko kuch nhe bata sakte aap hamare be boss se baat karo then lastly mane manager se baat kare to unhone kaha ki ye old damage ha hum kuch nhe kar sakte"

Plz you told me"ki jab insurance company hamse 1 year ka amount late ha to 1 year ke ander claim pass ku nhe karte bcoz jab mane car purchase kare the tb to wo damage nhi the car damage to policy term period ka beach ma he hue" then why we do not got my claim
