Hi,

I am holding Medical Insurance policy from Good Health Plan Ltd (GHPL) which is TPA and the Insurance company is New India Assurance (NIA company).

My policy number is 612200/34/10/87/00000747
Claim with number-47085.
GHPL ID No : GHPL-NIA-VBS-61240-1
Claim Amount: 32000

I have undergone Ultroid treatment and processed for claim.
The Claim got rejected.

The treatment which i had is USA FDA Approved treatment.
For this treatment almost all insurance companies are accepting and reimbursing the money.

But NIA people saying that this is not approved by IMA and we could not process it hence rejected.

But almost all insurance companies are reimbursing for this treatment. It is alternative for Hemorrhoids operation. In place of operation i have gone through Ultroid.

With silly reasons they are saying that the claim got rejected.

Please help me in this how to get the claim processed and refunded?
