Dear Sir,
this is regarding non receipt of my car insurance claim cheque despite repeated requests. My insurance policy no is 1105792311008900 & my cliam no. is 2101121620. I had put in a request bearing No 1241994 on Jun. I was informed that I will get the cheque in 3 to 4 working days. This did not happen. Thereafter I called up on 28 Jun on 180030028282.customer care executive told me that he will find out the reason for non receipt of the cheque and let me know and that the earlier request no remains open. I called up the same number on 06 July. Again I am being told by the person (supervisor name Mr.Bhushan Kanchar) that he will find out the reason for non receipt of the cheque and let me know and that the earlier request no remains open. There seems to be no solution in sight for me.
Now my tolerance limit finished and I need the contact person or office address where I can collect my cheque.I felt the reliance service is not up to the mark ,next time I will keep this back of mind and will not go for reliance general insusrance.Thanks for ur great service.
I request you to kindly resolve the issue as early as possible.
