    Default Reliance General Insurance Not Receiving As per Irda Commission

    Dear Sir,

    on all the 7 remindedr we are receiving only 1 rply we are ur complain is in under process.

    As we are not receiving irda commission from Novmber,2010 as in mediclaim we need to receive as per IRDA 15% commission instead of we are receiving 10%. Also in the motor policy we need to receive AS PER IRDA 10% Instead of this we are receiving 5%. we have complain so may times for your refence see below mentioned mails. Also our client is not reciving policies. we have given so many time instruction that send all the client policy to us instead of directly. as per them they are sending to client client & client is not receiving complaining to us.

    Kindly resolve this query ASAP.

    As we have done a complain on 16 th March,10 but after that also we are receiveing brokerage cheque as less commission.
    So we understood that there is no action is taken from ur side.

    We are very much suprise that in Company Like Reliance take so many days to resolve the queries!!!!!!!!!!!!

    As also Client is complaing for not receiving policies we have complain to branch also but they reply us as we have a shortage of staff we are helpless or common reply like already send to client.If they have send to client the all the clients will not complain to us.

    Kindly resolve our query ASAP.

    As for brokerage part we are suffering problem from so long as before 1 year commission we have not received.

    Also our client is also not reciving policies. If they suffer from any illness then without policy who will pay the claim amount!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This type of services is highly regreated. Your call center do not have any details.

    kindly send us a diffence commission amount cheque with statment & All the policies at below mentioned address.

    Sir my name is Gurdeep singh r/o 2015/a sector 37-c chandigarh 160036,I hada car that had met with an accident on 28th august and the claim no is 2101202471.I have been totaly harased by the company from the date of accident till date instead of setting claims they r sending me surveyors cum settlers and are trying to pursue me to go to consumer court my car has totaaly been damaged and the amount for the repair is roughly up to 2,15,000. approx and the insured value for the car is 150000.00 and ur company surveyors are telling me that this insured value has been wrongly written by the agent . i think the company has just wake up afer the accident regarding value of the vehicle....because at the time of getting the vehicle insured the compoany was happy in getting cheques now this matterhas come they start sayin that the cover note value is fake...............plz help me in getting out of this case and kindly pay me whatever the right amount is

    Sir, My name is Jatinder pal singh. i have insured my car with reliance company poly No: 2006782311004547 and i met a accident on 08/08/2009. My Vehicle number is : JK-02AH-8932.
    Sir, i made a claim to company but unfortunately i lost my driving licence during the accident. I contacted my suryer and in the mean time i have applied for my duplicate licence. After some time i submitted my driving licence and my suryer process my case . Sir, Now my suryer have forwarded my case to head office . kindly let me know when my claim could be settled.
