I had applied for a claim from the company. I have policy no 1507702825000290.I got admitted in Kolkata on 30th of March'2011 and lodged a claim for the same with TPA Medi Assist India with all the relevant papers (viz. Discharge certificate, Fitness Certificate, etc). They have not yet given me the claim for the same. Moreover when I call for the same they say they have sent me a letter on 8th of August with some private courier. I have not received the same. Moreover I dont have any other documents remaining to be submitted to them.
