Please provide me the justice and save the interest of common public

From the above chart one can makeout that total net premium collected is Rs 20,926 lacs and the claim paid 25,687 lacs, claims has been increased only approx 130% of the premium collected but my renewal premium they have increased up to 300 % even though I did not have any claim in the previous year

But they give various reason to increase the premium of 300% which is not justifiable



And I tried to contact Reliance- at toll free no 180030028282- no response and they say that they don’t have the IRDA approved copy or the circular no
Than put a mail to services.rgicl@relianceada.com, their reponse is like to contact tollfree no where they don’t have proper details, nil response














After trying several time with reliance Gen chat system and with your company people I am sending this mail

Increase in the renewal premium for my health wise policy from Rs 2,513 to 7, 820,
where in last year renewal chart up to 35 years of age the premium will be Rs 2,513/- , Since my age is 30 years , I come under the age of 35 years category.

Now I am shocked to see that I have to pay Rs 7,820/- almost 300% increase

Now my question is
1. Wether the renewal premium hike is approved by IRDA or it is only for fresh proposal ? if yes Please provide me the details of wide circuler no and date asper RTI act ,
2.Suppose if I pay the premium what is the guarantee that you will not increase it again 300% for next year
