Dear Sir,

After logging in I could come to know the fact that your Representative has
cheated us by giving false information on the policy and obtained my consent
for taking the Policy, fraudulently.
I was informed the features of the Money Multiplier Plan as following:

Term : 5 years
Sum Assured : 2 Lacs
Where as It is reflected in the Policy as under:
Term : 10 years
Sum Assured : 94,000/-

I have not been issued with the Policy Bond so far. I would like to cancel /
total refusal to accept this policy.
Kindly help me out and take action against your representatives Mr. Rohit
Sharma, Mr, Akash , and Mr. Amreesh from Delhi and one person from
operations
(Bombay) who assured me on telephone that policy will be issued for 5 years
only.
