Dear Sir,

In march 2010, I have taken a policy from Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd, Hazratganj Lucknow and the Branch Manager was Mr. Shariq Quidwai and Sales Manager was Ms. Huma Afaq, in Hazratganj Branch. I received my policy Bond on 06.03.2010 and i submitted my policy bond for free look with in free look period in Reliance Life office Lakhimpur Kheri branch as dated on 13.03.2010. Branch Manager Lakhimpur Kheri said to me that I'll get my money & directly credited in my ICICI account no 031801504218 with in 20 days. After 1 month when i did't received my money, i went to Lakhimpur office he said that your request is in pending and BM Lucknow did not given approval to this request. After request, BM Lakhimpur again send mail to Mr. Shariq Quidwai, and my request was ignored without any reason. In the Month of May 2010, I got my complain No.0003030057, and my complain was rejected due to over due of FREE LOOK period.

In this regard i am mentally harassed, and I need my money back. So Please do the needfull.

taken this policy your agent told many things like in this policy you get in 5 years garnteed amount that is 2.43lakh plus bonus that time company declered.
But he did this policy for 10 years.when i got this policy bond as on 9 march 2011 and bond paper readed your terms and condtion that is all things your agent tolded that all things was falles he told .
He said when you got this policy bond we will give you LCD.T.V. 36 inch but when i recived this policy bond tried to contect with him self his name is Ashish sinha and his
mob.Nomber is. 9911983779.He not picked my phon after that.I contect with your karkardooma delhi branch as on 14 march and i did freelook.your office opration manager tolded your money transferd in your Account with in 8 to 10 days .but when i not recived my money after that i contect again your branch.as on 14 april 2011.he tolded you give for freelook after 15 days.that is wrong i want to know your all realince company manger and all body is chhiter?after that we gives him again latter and he tolded we do do needfull.but you didnt.
