Dear Sir/ Madam,



When the Company need to reach a sale target we were told to invest now when their target has been achieved now we have been made the Target. I Mrs. Panna Chaunfa Shung, have Purchased a Reliance Healthwise Policy with policy no.282510270608 on 06/04/2008 renewal of the same policy for the second year with the new policy no. 2825012706081 on the 06/04/2009, renewal for the third year for the same policy no. 1603702825000794 on the 06/04/2010. It is a Gold Plan with sum insured is Rs. 500000(Rupees Five Lacs). When i had bought this Policy, it was keep in mind the financial & Medical aspect that Reliance Healthwise Policy Gold plan is cheaper than other general insurance company. But when I went for renewal of the fourth time with Reliance Healthwise Policy I was shocked to see that i will have to pay Rs. 23,653=00 (Rupees Twenty Three Thousand Six hundered Fifty Three only).



Previous Payment for the Policy is as Under:


1. Policy No. 282510270608 Period Ins.06/04/2008 to 05/04/2009 Amount paid Rs. 6910=00


2. Policy No. 2825102706081 Period Ins. 06/04/2009 to 05/04/2010 Amount Paid Rs. 5047=00


3. Policy No. 1603702825000794 Period Ins. 06/04/2010 to 05/04/2011 Amount Paid Rs. 4795=00



I called up the Helpline No. 180030028282 to verify if there was a mistake, but the person on the other end told me it was their company policy due to which there is a steep rise in the renewal of the policy and we will have to pay if we want to renew the policy or I change the policy to a lower Silver Plan which is still a costly factor for me. I'm really stuck up badly with this policy. After 3year without putting any medical claim now when I'm entering my 4th year where I'm entitled for all the Pre existing disease, Critical Illness,etc. now I'm been driven away from holding the same policy because I'm not able to pay Rs. 23,653=00 to Reliance General Insurance. If i change the Plan I lose quite a lot of the benefit i have been entitled to by the gold Plan. Looking to my age & time Medical emergency can corp up any time & during that time of emergency I'm all alone. Being a middle class citizen do we have to suffer because of the government & the corporate Policy.



My only pray is to renew my policy with Previous Premium Amount, so that we can rest in peace & live a normal & healthy life. I'm Sure someone will understand my problem & lend me a helping hand. Looking forward to your early response. Please please please help me.
