Eight years back I invested Rs 4000/- with Road Safety Club Pvt Ltd through Shriram Direct To Home (P) Limited, and they informed that if no claim the amount would be reimbursed.

From the year 2007-08 I have not received Group Personal Accident policies. During the year 2008-09 and 2009-10 also, the company did not provide any insurance policy. Thus the company has violated the terms and condition of the above plan and did not cover my GPA insurance for the year 2007 -08, 2008-2009 and 2009-10.

But now the period expires on 29/11/2010. i couldn't contact the company at Prakasam road, T nagar, Chennai. I request the company to refund the amount as per the terms and conditions of the classic card insurance. I also call upon to pay compensation for the damages, inconvenience and agony caused to me during the period of membership which was entirely due to the fault of the company.
