Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Copmpany Limited Chennai has renewed my Hospital cash policy no CS 00003530000105-S069 on dated 20.07.2010. without information and my prior cocent , and recovered the renewal installment from my SBI card .
I would like to inform you that please do not make any payment to above stated insurance company without my permission .
