So my madiclaim sum insured Rs-105000/- But I admited at shre hospital sect-17,vashi for malerial fever for six days.and bill amount is Rs-21667.33/-. but You passed only 16000/- Rs.And so difficult and late to give aproval from you.

so plese clear that if the police is 105000/ - than how you passed only 16000/- .
As per your rules bad charges is only 1500/- in a day ..so why you passed late and less amount as per cash less rules.

We faced lot of difficult from your customer care support and tpa services.Saturday and Sunday nobody answer thatswhy We waste two extra days from yoursite to approve discharge bill.And also my salary.

so I requsted to you please clear this things and send my balance claim to me ...
