I was working with Commit Technologies PVT LTD for last two years. Due to some personal problems, I have to resign from that company.

This company has not released my salary payment since six months and my one year PF also. I have completed all the formalties of hand over and notice period. Inspite, of this they have not credited my salary.

Kindly suggest me how to get my money from that company.
