SBI Life Insurance Agent sold me a policy with wrong commitments, and sent the policy document to the address where I was not living to ensure that I could not return the policy within freelook period. Policy doc were delivered to my address in March last year and when in April (very next month) I came to know about this frod, I instantly e-mailed SBI Life insurance company authorities and asked the clarity on the policy and my money back as I have no requirement of this kind of policy. Also the insurance agent took my signatures by frod and filled the policy doc by its own and did not show me.
The senior authorities in SBI life are already aware of this frod since begining, but they are enjoying juggling this matter and no resolution
Once a company is aware that a policy/product is sold to a coustomer with frod and coustomer is not happy with that, why don't they take it back and return the hard earned money of the customer back, why they forcefully wanted the customer to have that policy/product for life.
I have even informed (since I was not getting any resolution from SBI authorities) written to Mr. Chairman of SBI Life (3 times) but he also didn't bother to respond or has not taken any action against that

This is pathatic
I need a resolution soon
