have complained on your toll free no: on date 08/03/2011 whose
complained no: is 43175 and on 7/3/2011. I have sent the
application and all  documents related to our complain matter to
your agra office through registered -AD. on 15/3/2011 i have
called on your toll free no: regarding our complain status and we got
the information that our claim has been detained and the reason we get
is that we hadnt informed you in under 40 days.& i have given you
the information of inccident on 38th days. and i also give the verbal
information to agent about&this inccident . As we had telephonic
talk with your company representative ( Ms Shweeta) told
us to resend all documents through email.and we have send all the documents twice and no response is taken by shri ram general insurance company ltd till yet
