I had bought a second handed motorcycle from a person 6 months back. At the time of purchase the insurance of motorcycle had expired. So i got the insurance done with this insurance company in the name of the person from whom i had bought it. Then i got the motorcycle transfered to my name. But i forgot to get the insurance transferred.
My motorcycle has got stolen now.
The company is now not giving the claim as the insurance was not transfered to me, although i paid for the insurance and hold the insurance document.
My question is that will i get the claim if i logged a complain against the company?
