myself s.balakrishnan had applied for ulip policy from m/s shriram life insurance by dec 2009 had requested them only single polici with low risk coverage and single premium to reduce fund management charges but shriram staffs themselves corrected the policy documents single premium into renewal premium (this give loss for me 20 % additional fund charges and if donot renew further 10 % surrender charges )without my knowledge and they have given the policies only after two months to me (15 days only allowable for accepted for policy complaints) and i had contacted their hydrabad office,chennai branch manager,reginal manager ,general manager to cancel the policy and to refund my amount the amount what i paid 100 % ,but there is a very poor response and no solutions from their side and even i am not able to get an acknowledgement for the complaint policy no LN 030900242287 AND LN 030900242277 DT 28/12/2009 what we can do if big organisation not bithered about ethics it may be a loss for me but what agreat loss to their reputation
