Dear concern,
my starhealth mediclaim policy has expired on 24th nov 2011 and in the
15 days grace period i visited 2-3 times to star health branch,meerut(u.p.) to get
renewal but after making so many calls my grace period has terminated now.i never
ever seen such type of poor services.and no company executive informed me to get
renewal.
My policy number is - p/161100/01/2011/008407
in this trail mail u can see my effert to get policy renewal.after making so many
calls to meerut branch finally i sent a mail to star health delhi branch
manager(mr divy nigam).and he asked me to sent a scan copy of my policy.and i sent
it but didn't get any response after that.
Then i sent this mail to star health coustomer care and then they reverted me to
send a cheque rs 2231.so i couriered the cheque of same amount.
But now you can see this trail mail after courier the cheque they are not
responding.i have mailed them so many times.i m very disappointing by this kind of
poor services.
And i have one more mediclaim policy from star health.
The policy number is - p/161124/01/2011/001076
i took this policy for my parents mr. Dharam pal and prem sakhuja.and this policy
has expired on 24th dec 2011.and no company executive gave me any notice to get it
renewal but i have made so many calls to company executive but they are not
responding.
Pls notice i have given 17000-18000 rs to star health in just 2 years without any
claim.after that i m geting this type of cheap service and facing so many
difficulties.
Pls help me in his matter.
