Dear Sir/ Madam,

After posting online complaint on 06/07/2010 and 07/07/10 I received call from Mr. Shishir Verma from TATA-AIG. Later on yesterday I received cheque for refund amount. That part of my complaint is resolved. Now the point is
(1) Why the mis-selling of policy by Mr. Mohmmad Rehman to me? What actions have been taken by Tata-AIG against him? What compensation amount will be paid by Tata-AIG to me for the mis-selling of policy and further inconvinience caused to me?
(2) When the refund amount was to be released around 18th June, why the cheque was made on 8th July - that too after long follow ups and ONLY AFTER PUTTING ON LINE COMPLAINT? This shows their attitude to sit on the refund amount and to release the amount only if the customer insists for the same for long time. This is very serious matter and consumer court must compell Tata-AIG to pay compensation for this so as to avoid further such inconviniency to other customers in future.

I expect consumer court to compel Tata-AIG for paying compensation for the mis-selling of the policy and mental harassment to me due to that. Further I request consumer court to take legal action against Tata-AIG for paying the refund amount very late and mental harassment to me due to that. Further request to publicize this issue in daily news papers and on Business TV channels so as to teach a lesson to Tata-AIG and to avoid such happenings with other customers.

I expect a prompt action and timely feedback to me from your side.
