I have taken the TATA AIG Wellsurance Policy means I have accepted the policy on the condition that I can cancel the policy in 15 days time after getting the policy document and I will get the full money refunded and only Rs.99 will be deducted for courier and administration expenses. The Premium amount is Rs.9964. With in 15days the people from TATA AiG Wellsurance called me twice and I informed them that I dont want the policy and get the money refunded. Since, I didn't get the money after a month or so I have written a email to the customer care to refund the money. On responding to the mail they have cancelled the policy after a month but instead of crediting the full amount they have credited only 50% of the premium amount saying that the policy was cancelled after a month only and so only 50% will be refunded.
This is a mere cheating and after that I wrote several letters to the customer care but they are very adamant and not refunding the amount. Kindly do the needful to get my hard earned money
