Reena Saxena had purchased a car number as MP04 TA 0476. An agent name Ravi Dubey from Tata Finance Car insurance had told us that car insurance is included in monthly installment of the car emi. Our Car insurance is expired on 30 of august 2011 but the company(Ravi Dubey) has not sent the insurance paper till date(05 of October 2011). Every alternate day we talk to him but he did not sent the insurance copy of the car from 20 of august 2011. Ravi Dubey had told us that you does not need to inform me or company about the insurance expiration, it will automatically come to you at the day of the expiry of your policy.
If we did not recieve the copy of insurance before 10 of October 2011 then I will not sent further emi of my car as it also includes the car insurance. From now onwards if we did not sent any emi's to the company then all the responsibilities are solely depend on the company and Ravi Dubey.
