Dear Sir

I have health insurance policy of reliance healthwise policy. and i had summited all the detail to the company for reimbursement of my medical expenses which i incurred. the TPA of that company Medi Assist india Pvt Ltd. says that the treatment which was taken by me is not proper treatment the the doctor who has given the certificate is not efficent. and hence it cannot be accepted and the request for that is rejected.The complain no. is 4811728. when try to speak with tpa person they are not responding to our phone proper way.

I request all to take care before going for mediclaim as company and their TPA are also very important. I recoomend to have ICICI Pridential as my past experience was very good with company.I shifted just taking the name of Reliance in my mind but TPA (Medi Assist india Pvt Ltd.) of this company is not Good.

Please guide what to do

Dear sir,



I,K.Srinivas, undergone herat surgery due to serious palpitation problem at CARE hospitals , Banjarahills, Hyderabad . I submitted my claim form with due enclosures to your Banglore office which they registered on 20.03.2010. At the time of submission they said it takes about 15 days to one month. Around 28 th of April,2010 I called your Banglore office and they replied that my application is under process at Delhi and it may take another 15 days & gave Delhi contact number. Again I called on 19.10.2010 to Delhi, they said that the claim belongs to Hyderbad thats why they sent it to Hyderabad and they gave the Hyderabad contact number. When I contacted Hyderabad they replied that till 19.05.2010 @3.00 p.m they didn't received any such document from Delhi office and told me to contact there only. Immediately I tried to contact Delhi office again but there is no response. I request tou that please let me know when I am going to get my reimbursement claim cheque? I am furnishing my address with contact number here under for your information.
