Dear All,

In the month of May 10, one people overphone informed me that he will increase my ICICI credit card limit and that's why I provided them few documents(xerox copy of latest credit card statement, xerox copy of PAN, xerox copy of voter ID, Card Impression and a photo and signed all the papers. No phone call or verification has been made from ICICI credit card department in this regard. Intentionally, the person whom I submitted all the papers, he produced to the ICICI Prudential and made a policy of ICICI Prudential Wealth Plus and charged Rs. 15000/- through my Credit Card and send a POLICY vide No. 13967390 to my house. He address wrond address on policy and contact no. also wrong in the policy.
As soon as I saw in my statement Rs. 15,000/- debited and charged in my credit card statement, I visit nearest ICICI Prudential Office, three times, that times they ignored it and informed me it was not the policy of ICICI Prudential and then when I submitted the policy no. they confirm me that you have made a policy of ICICI Prudential Insurence. All above details I informed to Mr. Abhishek Dutt Roy(Code 006CD6003) and lodge a written complain on 21/07/2010 giving all the relevant documents agst this and advice to wait and inform your complain has been upload in system and verification is going on and after completion of verification, it will be closed. By this time I have communicated to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance help line, they told me to wait and verification is going on and inform me within 48 hours it will be resolved. But not solved till date. To day , 10/08/2010, I also give a call them regarding this. But advice to wait within 48 hours it be closed,

Pls advice, how could I relief from ICICI Prudential
