Hi,

I purchased Kotak's ULIP policy in sep 08'. policy number 01371342. the policy was for 1lac annually to be paid on half yearly.
I paid the first premium duly. after that because of recession I lost my job and was unable to continue with the policy. As 50 thousand was not a small amount and as I was not working I needed that amount very badly. But even after several requests Kotak is not willing to help.

I am willing to bear the penalties to get the balance refunded.

Please help.
