I applied for health insurance policy with my wife through a broker Karvy and i gave Cheques dated 20/08/2011 and cheques were cleared but it has been 6 months that i have not received any policy and they are saying that we have closed the plan . they are changing their commitments after encashing the cheques i have all the proofs.
