I have been false committed by anand rathi services and being taken advance brokerage.
Now when i tried to trade ,the commitments that were made to me didnt get executed so i asked for acoount closure.

In this case there sales representative also agreed that its a sheer case of cheating that was made to me.
I have my calls recorded.

Now it has been nearly 1 moth that i have been following up with them to return me back my advance brokerage but they are everytime they are saying few more days and offlate no body is picking my calls.

Please can anybody help me here.
