I am Rajesh Sharma, I have opened a demat cum trading account with Anand Rathi broking house Kasturba Gandhi Road, New Delhi Branch. with a margin money of Rs. 20000. The persons who came to my home to documentation were Mr. Sunil and Mr. Tarun. I have told that I want only good service and I m a small investor. They never told me about the brokerage scheme. Infact I told them that I am an investor so brokerage is not an issue. They told me that my bank account which is in State Bank of India would be linked with Anand Rathi for online fund transfer.

As account activate I came to know that I had only Rs. 4999 as a trading margin and Rs. 15001 had been blocked as a advance brokerage for 1 year. When I called them they never picked my phone. I have sent a no. of emails to the customer support regarding this issue that I am a small investor and I was not told about the brokerage scheme which would be helpful for aggressive traders with huge margin but not beneficial for the small investor like me. Every time they replied me that they had sent my query to branch. When I call to branch then they said they had sent mail to the head office.

When I told to branch employees that I would like to close my account then he said I won't get my full money back. They are refusing brokerage amount of Rs. 15001. This is a set back for me. Pls help me to get my money back or change my brokerage plan so that I can trade with my full amount or I can withdraw my fund as I need.
