Respected Sir

I want to closed my demate a/c so i m sending closing form to arcadia stock broking pvt ltd. at 01/10/2010 in junagadh sub broker of arcadia stock broking pvt ltd..
But till this date my a/c is not closed. I talk with his responsible person for this matter but can not solve my problem.
I m also talking with rajkot branch manager but he can not give satisfaction answer.
