my name is sqn ldr vipul joshi and i am an air force officer.
This is regards to a problem in my demat account and the harassment caused by the officials of bajaj capital to me.
I had opened an account with bajaj capital in nov 2008 as i was interested in investing some of my little savings in the stock market. Since i had little knowledge about shares i preferred to invest just about ten thousand initially. When the agent who opened the account for me approached me, i asked him only one thing- " how is the customer care in bajaj capital?" ,."excellent" was the reply i got.
Then later due to my posting and other professional commitments i could not attend much to my account and thought my money is in safe hands... When last month i contacted bajaj capitals regarding the state of my investment i was told that because of new sebi policy my money which was not invested anywhere was send back to me. When i told i never got back any money, i was told that they will come back to me. Since then it has been a continuous harassment for me as it is very difficult to get through the same person again and the new person on the other side is as indifferent as the previous one. Finally it appears i am not going to get back my hard earned money ... Can you help??/
