Reg: Closure of my de-mat account – KOTAK SECURUTIES & levying the charges

With due respect this is to inform you that I am maintaining the De-mat and Trading account with the following details.

DP – ID IN 300214, with Kotak Securities Limited.

This is further to my complaint dated 03.12.2010 not closing my account and submitted the following:

As per the query ID no 566858290 and 567337761 both dated 30.11.2010:

 My account is showing a credit balance of Rs 176.08 as on date but my account closure was again rejected because of a debit balance in the same.
 My account is showing a credit balance of Rs 176.08 as on date but the company is regularly sending a debit note for Rs 104.27 to my SB account with SyndicateBank Chandigarh from their Panchkula / Chandigarh branch and the last Dr note was sent on 30.11.2010 (Which is returned unpaid because of obvious reason).

Now vide the e-mail from the ks.escalation@kotak.com dated 15.12.2010, I have been informed that my account has been closed.

And vide the e-mail from the same ks.escalation@kotak.com dated 09.12.2010, I have been informed that they have not sent any debit note for Rs 104.27 in my account with SyndicateBank.

But the company has again (after closure of my account) sent me a bill no 20101113883418 dated 01.12.2010 for Rs 203.54 (Inclusive of the said amount of Rs 104.27)

Further vide their e-mail from the same ks.escalation@kotak.com dated 15.12.2010, I have again been informed that they have sent me a credit note of Rs 60.92 vide their Voucher no NJV18510 as DP charges reversal which has not credit in my account so far.

Kindly look into the matter and instruct the company to send my credit of Rs 60.92 to my account and confirm the reversal of captained bill no 20101113883418 and not to debit my account with the same bill or with any thereafter. Thanks and regards.
