We had applied for 400 shares of Coal India Ltd. in the recent IPO (application number 38473033 submitted through SMC Global). The application amount of Rs. 98,000 was paid by us through ICICI Bank New Delhi.

Since we did not receive any shares nor did we receive a refund of the application amount, on checking the details as posted on registrar's (Link Intime) website, we have found out that the application details have been incorrectly entered into the system by the syndicate member. The DP ID of ICICI Bank has also been incorrectly mentioned. Due to this error in entering data into the system, the application got rejected and we are yet to receive refund of application amount in our bank account.

We would like a refund of the application amount of Rs. 98,000 without any further delay.

I Raja Ram Jalan applied 400 shares of Coal India Ltd vide appl form no. 46534706 dt 18.10.2010 and paid 98000/- vide chq no.603041 dt 18.10.2010 drawn on State Bank Of Mysore, Bentick Street Branch, kolkata ( sb a\c no. 54027999566) which was honoured on 26.10.2010.I hve my demat account at Eureka Stock & share Broking Services Lts IN 302105 and my ac no is 10370836.I have already send you all xerox copy of application slip.bank statement.client master slip by registered post on 15.11.2010,
till date neither I have received my shares nor a single amount of refund of application money.
you are requested to look in the matter and arrange to get me my money refund at the earliest and also arrange to isue me the shares if found no mistake in my application
please do the needful.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have applied for Moil India Ltd. on 1st december,2010 for 357 shares with
total amount 133875/- cheque no.328604 dt.01/12/2010 OBC Kurukshetra bank.Out of these no shares allotted to me and I have not received my refund of Rs. 133875/- till date.

I have enquired with my region post office,But they confirmed that i have not receive any document
regarding this refund.I have neither received my refund order nor I
have credited the amount in my saving account.
So, enquire into all circumstances and send me my refund at your
earliest or at least a kind cooperation is awaited hereby.

Its been long time since IPO listed and no refund received yet.

Vide application form no -4-4652288 , retail and cheque no-220622, dt-20/10/10 , HDFC Bank Ltd , amounting Rs 49,000 for 200(two hundred no of equity share as Bid option - I under cut off price have been applied for IPO of COAL INDIA LIMITED and alloted to me in D-Mat A/C-1201092600156657 ,Motinal Oswal security pvt ltd as 100 no ( hundred no ) of equity share.

But I could not receive the refund amount in my ECS saving A/C no -00881000166480, HDFC Bank Ltd nor any cheque / Draft in given address till date.

Please verify and arrange to refund the said amount of non alloted equity share along with discount offer along with interest in my mentioned saving A/C on applied application form by ECS Mode as earliest.

I have already sent this letter thrice to cil.ipo@linkintime.co.in, but did not get reply yet....... reply soon!
