my name is rakesh mehta, i applied for coal india ipo for maximum bid i recieved 299 but till now i didnt recieve my refund. when i confirm from my broker he has given my speed post no which is em053425639 gainst refund order no 1028563 of amount 51682.75

but still i didnt recieve any cheque at my address and when i confirm post offiece guy he was also not able to tell me where is the parcel against this speed post no

i am very frustrate where my chq has gone,pls do the needful

Vide application form no -4-4652288 , retail and cheque no-220622, dt-20/10/10 , HDFC Bank Ltd , amounting Rs 49,000 for 200(two hundred no of equity share as Bid option - I under cut off price have been applied for IPO of COAL INDIA LIMITED and alloted to me in D-Mat A/C-1201092600156657 ,Motinal Oswal security pvt ltd as 100 no ( hundred no ) of equity share.

But I could not receive the refund amount in my ECS saving A/C no -00881000166480, HDFC Bank Ltd nor any cheque / Draft in given address till date.

Please verify and arrange to refund the said amount of non alloted equity share along with discount offer along with interest in my mentioned saving A/C on applied application form by ECS Mode as earliest.

I have already sent this letter thrice to cil.ipo@linkintime.co.in, but did not get reply yet....... reply soon!
